Bruce is passionate about technology and aware of the ever-increasing reliance business has on it. Bruce has worked a range of roles in his IT career from hands-on development through to architecture, consulting and delivery management. Bruce has extensive experience working with business and IT domains to deliver solutions that meet requirements and align with strategies.
Bruce also has a passion for Artificial Intelligence and in particular identifying use cases for businesses to utilise aspects of AI such as Machine Learning, NLP and Robotics. Helping enterprises start their AI journey and incorporating AI in to their business strategy is a big focus. Bruce also likes to work with enterprises to help clarify and demystify some of the current perceptions of AI to ensure opportunities and possibilities are understood for applying AI to not only improve business processes but radically transform them also.
Bruce has a process improvement mindset due to many years of delivering BPM and Integration programs of work. Delivering a clear process architecture and deploying a framework for continuous improvement initiatives are outcomes Bruce strives for. Bruce enjoys solving problems utilising design thinking principles and having genuine empathy for the customer or stakeholder. Bruce is also a big fan of applying lean principles not only to business processes but in the workplace and home.
